- Down Payment usually equals 20%
of Purchase Price
- Gross Operating Income equals Other
Income plus
Annual Rent minus your
projected Vacancies
- Other Income ex: Washing Machines
- All expenses can be estimated for you
- Annual Rent = Total Rent X 12
- If you know any actual expense figures
